Question of this week:

Hi, whenever I apply my eyeshadow it doesn’t last long. What can I do about it?

It is quite common problem. The first thing you can do (which is also easiest and best solution) is to apply eyeshadow base. My favorite is Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion. You can also try eyeshadow base fromLumene, which is much less pricy. You can also use your regular concealer as a base. Apply it all over your eyelids and powder it off slightly. This will keep your eyeshadow in place longer. You can apply eye pencil under color eyeshadow. This will also intensify its color. Then you can use cream eyeshadow. The example is Catrice. If you’re wearing smoky eyes you could use gel eyeliner as a base. This will intensify your color and your makeup will last just as long as you need it to.
