Last time when I wrote an article about how to get rid of cellulite I promised to give you the list of DIY body wraps and masks that work for me. Here they are!

1. Coffee wrap.

Why coffee? It is great to fight cellulite because of its dehydrating abilities. It will remove the excess water from your legs and ‘dry them up’ so they’ll look slimmer and nicer. The effect will be even greater if you’ll add some essential oils to it.

You will need:

Some basic stuff: coffee (not the instant one, take ground coffee), plastic wrap (cling film) and essential oils (there are lots of different kinds of essential oils. You can use whichever you like. Personally, I prefer either the mix of lemon+orange oils or rosemary+cinnamon.)

Recipe:

Do you remember the old coffee machines with filters? There was always this wet ground coffee in there. It’s the best to use that. You can also just take some ground coffee and add some water to it so that it becomes liquid but thick. Then I add just a couple of drops of essential oils to it (normally I would add like 2-3 drops of rosemary and 2 drops of cinnamon). I apply this mix on my problem areas and wraps myself up with plastic wrap. Then I put on some home shorts over it and just continue doing my home stuff for about 30 minutes. Then I take a shower and wash it off. Oh and yeah: it’s the best to apply it in the shower, too because it can get quite messy.

Result:

I’ve had some wonderful results after 10 procedures that I did twice a week. My skin was really smooth and perfect!

2. Clay wraps.

It’s the same kind of wrap but this time with clay instead of coffee. Many beauty procedures involve clay because it’s a well-known beauty ingredient.

You will need:

Clay (I prefer the blue one), essential oils of your choice and plastic wrap.

Recipe:

Usually I take about 3 soop spoons of clay and put it in a plastic container. Then I start adding water to it, the most important here is not to add too much. Then I continue mixing and adding until it is not dry anymore and not too liquid. In the end I add some drops of my favorite essential oils. The rest is the same as with coffee wrap.

Result:

This wrap works best if you will do like 10 procedures twice a week. The result is almost the same as with coffee wrap but I like the coffee one more.

3. Oil massage.

This is an anticellulite massage with oils. You can buy a special mix or make it yourself.

You will need:

Massage oil or your own mix. You will need carrier (base) oil and essential oils. Here again, the choise is completely up to you.

Recipe:

Take a couple of soop spoons of a carrier oil, add a coupld of drops of essential oils to it. Mix it up and massage onto your problem zones. Keep doing that until it will be absorbed completely.

Result:

Skin will be smooth and lifted. I like applying it before going to bed – I love the essential oils smell and besides it will work while you’re sleeping. Perfect!

So here are the three body beauty recipes! Again, this alone will not solve your problem competely. You have to do some sports and eat healthy. Then your body will look perfect. Good luck!
