This BB cream was one of the first Western Drugstore BB creams that went out in the market. Does the first always mean the best? I decided to test it for you.
The packaging is pretty nice and classic: a simple squeeze tube, there is 50ml of product in it which is pretty a lot! By the way, I notice that there’s always more of product in BB creams than in foundations. It’s probable due to the fact that because of (almost always) light to medium coverage, you want to apply more of a BB cream than of a standard foundation. Or maybe because some people tend to replace creams with BB creams (which you shouldn’t do!). I am not sure, but more product is always better right!
Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream: Product Description
Garnier BB cream for immediately perfected skin with even tone and boosted glow. Blurs imperfections and smoothes fine lines. SPF15 protection and 24hr hydration.
As usual with BB creams, only a limited amount of shades is available. Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream comes in 2:
I’ve got Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream in Light. This shade will be too dark for girls with really light skin. It is otherwise a quite light neutral beige shade.
The texture of this BB cream is pretty oily, I would say even greasy. I first thought that it will only stay like that for a couple of minutes and dry up then – like many other products with similar texture do. But it just stayed that way on my face…

There are plenty of silicones, glycerin, alcohol and fragrance among the ingredients…not the best choice for people with sensitive skin!
I am sorry, but this is the worst BB cream I have ever tried! It doesn’t cover almost anything, so applying powder on the top is inevitable, both to give more coverage and to make your face look…decent. Otherwise, my face was shining like a diamond! Not in the good sense. Concealer (or perfect skin) is a must with this product, too as it didn’t cover even the tiniest spots and rednesses. It feels so heavy and greasy on my face; I wanted to wash it off ever since I applied this BB cream. The worst part of it was that I discovered some new pimples when I removed it. Too bad!
Overall note: F
Where you can buy it:
Here is my face before the application. I have many rednesses and small spots:
Here I applied Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream in Light:
I placed the pictures from before and after application together so you can better compare them. As you can see, it didn’t cover almost anything. I even wondered, if I didn’t mix up the photos…but no, if you compare my nose you can see that it does look a bit better on the photo on the right.
