I’ve seen you mentioned something about diets in your latest post..decided yet which one it’ll be?


Oh diets…an internal topic for many women! I haven’t decided yet. I know for sure I will not do a very strict one. Because it’s just not for me, I keep strong for a couple of days and then there’s always something and I feel like a Cookie Monster. What I really do is I want to change my habits once and for all, I want to eat healthy and stop snacking as much as I do right now. But before that I would like to detox my body completely…For now I’m reading books about food combining and Allen Karr’s easy weigh to lose weight. I’ll see then. And of course, as soon as I decide on something I’ll make a blog post!

    All diets are bad for body and sole :) The healty food and exercises!!! This is solution :)
