Question of this week:
I wanted to ask you about food and fitness. How do you do it? Do you workout in the morning? When do you eat and what do you eat?
This is what I do every day: I wake up and eat a couple of squares of dark chocolate right away. Then I change and do my workout (at this moment I’m busy with Focus T25). I eat chocolate for energy, I tried working out with no food in my stomach but just doesn’t work for me. After my T25 I go to take a shower, then I get dressed and then I eat my breakfast. Generally I eat oats for breakfast:
And then I eat as usual. I also count calories, I did an article recently about that.
