I know Monday probably isn’t the best time to talk about cocktail hour time makeup but let’s see it this way: you already survided 1 day, there’s 4 more to go and then it’s weekend time. Besides, when I get some nice ideas like ‘oh yes this is a great idea for the makeup’ this thought might keep me going through the hard working days. So, here is my Cocktail Hour Time Makeup!

Face

For the face I used L’Oreal Nude Magique foundation. First I was not impressed with it at all but now I start appreciating it more and more. I used a tiny bit of Dior Forever powder on top which I applied using a big soft powder brush. As a blush I went for a soft touch of plum: Chanel 63 Plum Attraction. This blush can be so sweet if applied lightly!

Eyes

For the eyes first I applied Essence 02 School’s out forever eye pencil all over the eyelids for the glowy beige base. I finished the makeup using Naked 2 palette and Bobbi Brown eyeliner in 2 Sepia Ink. Oh and of course mascara: Catrice better than false lashes.

Lips

As for the lips I decided I wanted something pink and glowy, so I went for my new Catrice Ultimate Shine lipstick in 200. But first I applied Make Up For Ever lip pencil in cold nude.

Hair

Imagine it’s Friday night, you just got home from work and you need to do something cute and quick? In such cases I always go for a classic bun. It looks stylish, party-like and it’s so easy and quick to do!

Voilà this is my today’s look! What do you think?
