This fluid is perfect for the hot summer! Its light texture doesn't weigh heavy on your face and SPF protects it from the sun!
Summer is the time of light textures and SPF factor if we’re talking about skincare. I love trying out new brands as you all know so when I saw Elizabeth Arden Intervene moisturizer I just couldn’t resist. I’ve used Green Tea fragrance by Elizabeth Arden a long time ago and that’s about all I’ve ever tried and tested by this brand. Time to try out something new!
Elizabeth Arden Intervene Daily Moisturizing Lotion: Product Description
This lightweight, oil-free moisturising lotion powered by alpha and beta hydroxy compounds, refines, clarifies and retexturises skin for a naturally radiant appearance. It helps keep skin soft, smooth and healthy looking all day long with an advanced hydrating system. It protects skin with SPF15 UVA/UVB sunscreen and calms and soothes even the most sensitive skin with an exclusive botanical complex. To use: Apply daily to face and throat before sun exposure.
Packaging
It comes in a very nice bottle made of matte glass, very stylish although not really travel-proof. There’s no pump system in it. It contains 50ml of product (1.7 fl.oz)
Texture
The texture is as promised very lightweight and liquid, as you can see on the next photo. It feels slightly siliconey when you apply it but it doesn’t leave any grease film and gets absorbed pretty quickly. I would say that this texture is rather pretty to wear. It doesn’t clog pores and works perfect for my sensitive skin.
To take the right amount out of the bottle I usually plug the hole with my finger and turn the bottle upside down. That amount is enough for my cheek. I repeat the same movement 4 times for my whole face.
Elizabeth Arden Intervene Daily Moisturizing Lotion Ingredients
As you can see Dimethicone is one 2d position that would explain the fact that the texture feels siliconey. It also containts parabens, glycerin, fragrance, alcohol and other silicones.
