It’s kind of becoming a tradition: me posting a recipe every Saturday! Today it’s easy and yummy Chocolate Pear Tart Recipe!

Ingredients:
- 1 shortbread dough
- 1 tablet of milk chocolate
- 2 tbsp of milk
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 6 tbsp of cream
- 1.8 oz sugar (50g)
- 1 oz brown sugar (30g)
- 1 can of pear halves in syrup
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 180 C/356 F
- Grease your cake pan
- Cover your cake pan with dough
- Melt chocolate and milk in the microwave
- Add 3 tbsp of cream, mix thoroughly and empty on the dough
- Place the pear halves on top
- Mix the eggs with 3 tbsp cream and sugar and fill the cake with this mix
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes
- Then heat oven up to 200 C/392 F and bake for another 10 minutes (I like it when the tart is still kind of wet on the inside)
- Enjoy!
