It’s kind of becoming a tradition: me posting a recipe every Saturday! Today it’s easy and yummy Chocolate Pear Tart Recipe!

  • 1 shortbread dough
  • 1 tablet of milk chocolate
  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tbsp of cream
  • 1.8 oz sugar (50g)
  • 1 oz brown sugar (30g)
  • 1 can of pear halves in syrup


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 C/356 F
  2. Grease your cake pan
  3. Cover your cake pan with dough
  4. Melt chocolate and milk in the microwave
  5. Add 3 tbsp of cream, mix thoroughly and empty on the dough
  6. Place the pear halves on top
  7. Mix the eggs with 3 tbsp cream and sugar and fill the cake with this mix
  8. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes
  9. Then heat oven up to 200 C/392 F and bake for another 10 minutes (I like it when the tart is still kind of wet on the inside)
  10. Enjoy!
