Recently I was in the pharmacy and I was just looking through the stuff they had (I love doing that when I have some free time, just going to shops and studying their assortment, not particularly looking for something, just looking for interesting stuff). The woman that worked there came to me and asked what I was looking for, I said nothing in particular. Then she looked closely to my skin and said that I could use a serum. She said Caudalie had some great ones, especially the Caudalie Vinosource Serum SOS Desalterant might be good for me. I was interested and decided to try it out.
A moisturizing bubble. This high potency serum captures and continually diffuses water deep within the skin to restore its moisture balance and leave it feeling soft and supple. 97 % natural ingredient.
- Intense and long-lasting hydration
Packaging and design: 9 out of 10.
It comes in a 30 ml pump tube which is great as I prefer the pump tubes. It is a glass bottle (which is solid but heavy). The top is made of plastic.
Texture: 8 out of 10.
Texture is on the liquid side, many might even find it too liquid. I think it’s fine. I only need one pump for my whole face. It absorbs within couple of seconds. It doesn’t
leave a greasy feeling. You don’t feel it on the skin at all, I only see and feel the effect.
What a great product is this! I am really happy I listened to the woman in the pharmacy. It is listed as best-seller on the Caudalie website, I can totally understand why. It
has great moisturizing properties. If your skin is dehydrated, tired this will be a great product for you! It literally takes seconds to absorb. Do you know when a plant
starts to look a bit tired and dry if you don’t water it? And then you water it and it becomes tight, green, and beautiful again? I really feel this serum does the same with
my skin. Great product! Of course, it doesn’t clog pores or cause any break-outs. I use it in the morning in combination with my moisturizer Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre.
